STEP up a B & J
B & J has joined up with local training provider Djaringo to offer great opportunities for unemployed Indigenous people wanting to pursue a career in steel fabrication and construction. Funded by the Australian Government this innovative program gives opportunities to unemployed people to start work at B & J, learn how to work safely and basic fabrication techniques.
After three months if it's all working out they get signed up for up to two years training based around the Certificate III in Low Rise Structural Framing.
